Yup this is Bilbo Baggins' house in lord of the rings. Though he has visited quite some time ago and his fake polestyrene walls have fallen off and all his beautifull flowers have died.
....but at least I get to visit the site now
Yup hobbiton in New Zealand. If there's some of you kiwi's out there who like LOTR and hasn't been - make a plan. It is quite expensive at least I thought so (especially if you x4.6 to convert it to ZAR), but it was worth it.
